Bella Spa is undoubtedly the best place to get your nails done in the North West! Diane & Angela are experts at what they do and what struck me from my first visit is how honest they are about the treatments that are best for you. The staff at Bella Spa are so friendly and very professional. So much care and attention is taken in the work they do and the results are fantastic. The best manicure and pedicure I have had. The best thing about coming here is that when you ring for an appointment, they always strive to do everything they can to fit you in and they don't rush the work. The massage chairs are a big bonus!!! I will never go elsewhere.
It was very nice experience, I got botox for crow feets and came out good, there was relaxing and professional atmosphere, got free manicure and hand massage on top of this, what my hands really needed. Botox wasnt so scary at all, and results were good. Staff was friendly and competent.
The whole thing was abysmal from start to finish. When I arrived I was brusquely told to "sit there". The "therapist" barely spoke to me - not even to ask how I would like my eyebrows shaped. Thus my eyebrows are much shorter and less arched than I would have requested. The Therapist finished the threading in less than a minute and clearly rushed it as it was so vicious I have two scratches under one of my eyebrows where she had trapped skin between the threads! No cooling gel was used afterwards and the result was so uneven and badly done I had to tidy up with a pair of tweezers at home.
I will NOT be back to this venue and I would not recommend this place to anyone I actually liked!

I'd definitely recommend this place for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere and great city centre location.
It is an absolute pleasure to visit Bella Spa. Excellent service provide, very friendly and professional staff and the salon is spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommended !!
