The treatment area is very clean and airy - soothing and relaxing. My therapist (Aisha) was very friendly and paid great attention to details - very pleased with her service. Everyone was very friendly and, overall, I am satisfied with my visit. The only downside would be that I was not once offerred refreshment. Given that I was there for over an hour for the pedicure with gel colour (£39), I would have really appreciated a simple glass of water. Admittedly, all the therapists were busy. Perhaps, it was a simple oversight. Despite this, I most likely will return again. After all, I visited Bellaspa for my nails and not refreshments.

I have my nails done at Bella Spa and Diane, Angela and Michelle are all highly skilled, making my nails look absolutely beautiful every time. I am now completely addicted to having my nails done with gel, and I love it when they take the polish off and I can see a healthy nail underneath. They have never been in this condition before! I have now had my toes done and Michelle transformed them from a bit of a mess to looking tidy and pretty. I have decided to book the party room for my birthday so that my friends and I can be pampered together. Bella Spa is friendly and completely unpretentious unlike some beauty salons. Location is ideal, right in the city centre, customer service is fab, and my nails last almost three weeks. Ten out of ten.
Staff were lovely, took very good care of me and my nails. Meticulously applied Shellac nails - looked beautiful! Only downside was the 'refreshments' stated on the voucher - water doesn't really count as a wide choice! Otherwise, everything was great and I'd definitely go back again!

I went to this spa over the weekend with my sister. The staff could not have been nicer.they were really attentive and really cared that they were everything was carried out to a very high standard.
I had eyebrow threading,which although it hurt (this was nothing against the therapist,it always hurts!) was well worth it, I am really pleased with the results. I also had a deep tissue,massage which was fantastic.
I am very impressed with the Shellac nails,the therapist took extreme care to make sure they were done perfectly and Im very pleased.
Overall, I would recommend this spa over ny other that I have been to. Mainly due to the attitude of the staff, you were not rushed in any way and everything was done perfectly. I will definately be back
Diane & Angela are so welcoming at Bella Nails, they can always fit me in for gel nails and always do a lovely job. The new premises are such an improvement and can offer more services. I love the offers they available and it's always a pleasure to visit!
