I booked this as a gift for my motherinlaw and shes never been to a spa before. I rang a few times and spoke to angela because i was unable to accompany her, who ensured me that my mother in law would be in safe hands. Anyway, my mother in law loved it. She had 3 treatments done, nuage facisl, luxury shoulder back neck massage and a reflex massage. All were wonderful and she was very very pleased.

The treatment time on the site was 30 minutes so I went during lunch (as it was a normal polish mani) it ran way over 30 mins and when I questioned this the manager replied with 'well gel is quicker and normal polish takes longer'
Well if you're going to charge an arm and a leg for gel then don't act all superior on those going for a normal polish.
They also don't take card and it was all a bit unclean.

I have now been three times to the spa and I find it the best experience I could hope for. I get acrylic infills with gel/shellac colour on top. It can last up to four weeks for me which is good for my busy lifestyle. The service and staff is friendly and kind always making sure you are happy with the service. They are always accommodating as I never know when I am free I walk in and they always find the time to fit me in. Lovely, will recommend to everyone I know.
I like the staff and hospitality, very nice ladies. Though the manicure is very low quality, the cuticle still needs to be removed here and there.
