I felt a review was required due to Roxie having a problem with the Lamp used to set my nails, it was apparent how remorseful Roxie was due to her lamp breaking and not wanting to let me down, I told her that problems crop up and this was not her fault however she continued to apologise, and she got me booked back in for another appointment as soon as we could both do it. She not only replaced the nails that weren’t right but the whole set free of charge, she’s a credit to her profession 10/10

This particular appointment was for my daughters prom.
She has ADHD, Anxiety and other problems.
I was really worried about her appointment as she fidgets and can’t control it.
However Roxie was very patient, attentive and made it a very calming enjoyable experience for my daughter.
