Mia was punctual, very efficient, making sure the waxing not too much painful while paying attention to details. The salon was clean. Only down point: there isn’t much explanation as to where to wait/what to do upon arrival.

I was left waiting without being told where to sit. The toilets were not in a good state. There were no wet wipes available before the wax. The waxer opened the door of the treatment room mid-wax to attend the telephone.

It’s disappointing that I made an appointment and was told to wait because she was just about to start someone else’s nails. Not a great service at all
