Louisa fixed my awful haircut and made me feel human again! She put in so much thought and made me feel welcome and I even got a valentines gift! Thank you!
Lou was great! I got my hair washed and blow dried in a span of 40 minutes despite them having issues with their boiler, she wAs very efficient and accommodating!
I'm really happy with the whole experience. The colour is fantastic, mostly due to Louisa being a perfectionist. There was no delay. I was comfy and attended to the whole time. Really happy. Thanks very much Lousia!
