Unfortunately my highlights were a disaster, all the foils had to be reopened to dye the highlights back brown as there was no other option and even the hairdresser said she ‘wouldn’t feel comfortable letting me leave like that’. As it was pre-paid for via Treatwell I had to pay the full amount even though I walked out with the same colour hair as I walked in with. Very disappointed.
