I was early for my appointment but still seen right away. The stylist was very patient with me and took the time to make sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. She was great and my hair looks amazing!

They paid lots of attention to detail. Didn’t rush any of my treatments. Made sure I was happy with everything.

It was not like most salons where you receive a hair assessment initially, and discuss the type of cut/expectations at the beginning. It was straight to the hair wash. I had the hair wash with shampoo and Preet said we were finished, without any conditioner which I though was standard, but apparently not there. I was given some conditioner though.
Preet cut my hair quickly and very nicely, and took her time to style it using hair straighteners (straight with a curl at the end)
