Had a full body wax, and from the moment I walked in, the vibe was super clean, calm, and welcoming. Meena was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely at ease, was incredibly professional, and somehow managed to make the whole experience way less painful than I expected. She was quick but super thorough, checking in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next appointment!

The treatments were really good - I felt the effects of the facial and massage for a few days afterwards!
The only thing (which may be personal to me), is that there is virtually no communication from the therapist, no mention of what she was doing, although not unfriendly, it was a little uncomfortable at first. I expect it is due to a communication/language barrier. No one wants a therapist who talks incessantly, but a little warm communication is good.
