I have booked a nail treatment at Bellas Beauty Salon which was terribly disappointing. My nails have been damaged totally, filed from the top of the nail, and the whole nail is now damaged with lines across it. I mentioned it during the treatment, but the lady did not pay any attention. I also asked for the nude colour polish, but a totally different polish was applied, so at the end of the appointment, I had to ask for the polish to be removed as it was not what I had requested.

I have booked a waxing treatment at Bellas Beauty Salon. Sadly, the waxing was not done well, and there was so much hair left that I had to go for another treatment somewhere else. The lady has spent almost no time on the treatment. I booked hot wax, and she was using the strips in the end, which is not what I had booked. I had to ask her multiple times to remove the remaining hair, and she didn't even care to check or notice anything at the end. I still have so much hair left in all the areas.
