It was not like most salons where you receive a hair assessment initially, and discuss the type of cut/expectations at the beginning. It was straight to the hair wash. I had the hair wash with shampoo and Preet said we were finished, without any conditioner which I though was standard, but apparently not there. I was given some conditioner though.
Preet cut my hair quickly and very nicely, and took her time to style it using hair straighteners (straight with a curl at the end)

This was first time for me to get my nails done here and the place looked clean and lots of spaces there not jam packed like other places also I felt relaxing even though it's in central Reading. It was spot on when the nailist picked the colour I want. She has got the eyes for details and my nails look perfect, affordable prices are bonus, thank you 🤍
