Booked two days before then for personal reasons couldn’t go ahead with the full treatment on the day, they adapted and did just a bikini wax and gave me a voucher for the difference in price, which was really nice. But the wax itself wasn’t great, a lot was left and she ended up using some regular wax without asking, which I really don’t like, hence why I booked a hot wax
