I booked two simple manicures for me and my daughter, we turned up bang on time and were not so much greeted as asked why we were there. It seems the app booking hadn’t been registered at their end, but rather than treating us as unexpected good news we were just told to sit down. After a minute a much more pleasant lady came out to do the manicures (which were good) but I won’t be back given the coldness of the reception. Not sure why you wouldn’t be pleased to see an on spec customer!

The nail technician was lovely and very chatty. But she ran 40 minutes late, and then charged me an additional £15 to remove the polish I already had on my nails. Be expected to pay extra money if you already have some polish on

I was quite disappointed with my experience here as I was called half an hour before my appointment and told that they wanted to delay the appointment to half an hour later. I had already left and I rather felt like they could have given me more notice. Gaby did say she could come and she did, but I can’t understand why she didn’t come and open the salon if she was able to. The wax was to a high standard and so I would hope that the experience is a one off and I was unlucky.
