Messy, dirty, disorganised, chaotic, late. The lady waxed others whilst I was soaking my feet for 20 minutes? There was no music or silence as her phone buzzed continuously as she rushed around serving other people. Colour choice is average and I think when it came to it more of my toes were pink than my nails. Don't go there, you will become angry not relaxed.

I had never been to this salon before but the service was very good, quick and pain free, will go back asap! the therapist was really nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
Hollywood Waxing
I really hate to a review like this but this really was the worst and most painful wax I have ever had that left me in tears. The hot wax presumably was very bad quality and the therapist couldn't get it off my skin. Each strip was peeled off in slow painful stages. When the wax got stuck the therapist moved to using strip wax that didn't work and I have been left extremely raw with patches of hair all over. I didn't notice until she left me to get ready and I realised. I did point this out to the therapist but she said she had left the hair as she didn't know what to do because it seemed so painful. I would never ever go back here and I really urge no one else to either. Although it seems cheap it is absolutely not worth it. Avoid.

This was one of the most painful waxes I've ever had - the lady wore gloves for the duration and so really struggled to grip the hot wax for removal. She also missed quite a few bits and was not very thorough - had to spend 20 mins tidying up with tweezers once I got home. I wouldn't return here.
Brazilian Waxing
I went in for an eyelasg tint and bikini wax. The eyelash tint started immediately the girl was pleasant but disinterested and didnt ask what colour I wanted just got on with it whilst speaking spanish to her colleague. I don't think it was left on long enough as cant really tell it was done - compared with previous experiences. The wax started well - in that it wasn't as painful as I thought, but when she completed and left me to get changed I looked down and saw a train wreck. There were tufts of hair still left all over the place and the 'landing strip' I requested was a misshaped size of a one penny piece bigger tuft. There was also lots of bloody spots everywhere. I told her this and she asked if I wanted it tidying up?! So she waxed again for another 10 minutes and still their were plenty of random hairs. I suggested she pluck but she didnt take the hint and walked away. I am appalled that she was happy to leave it in that way and will never go there again.
