Bella's the best! for a reasonably priced but incredibly experienced massuese, i dont go anywhere else in South London! This was my first pregnancy massage, and apart from being a bit too big to fit comfortably on the bed on my side with my bump, it was fantastic. I really felt the difference in my sciatic nerve and hips which were sore for a good time afterwards.
Quick and effective waxing. Good service for the price and friendly beautician. Fairly small treatment room but was not a problem with me.
Although the treatment itself (peducire focusing on dead skin/callus removal) was very good, and the girl who did it was very friendly and chatty, I had an issue in that despite having booked for 11:15 on Wahanda (and it being confirmed by email) I was told that I should have rung/emailed the salon directly to confirm as well. This meant that I had to wait for the people before me to be finished before I could be seen, a total of 45 minutes.
Booked 30mins before the appointment and still saw me straight away. Well located, friendly staff. Very quick and efficient job.
I don't like to leave a negative review but I can only be honest. The therapist seemed v rushed; perhaps because she was juggling two clients at once. The lighting was poor, the wax wasn't applied uniformly, the strips weren't smoothed down and she was jumping around different areas of my legs - all meaning a poor result. In addition to the usual areas missed by most beauticians (inside of knees and outside of thighs) she missed lots of other patches. She applied oil (to the backs of my legs only, I was told I could do the fronts myself if I wanted as she rushed out) before I had a chance to check her work. I had to call her back in to point out that she'd missed my entire right knee, but I gave up with the rest. I wish I hadn't bothered with this place as I had to re-do it all at home myself.
