I had a full leg wax. Staff were friendly and didn't mind when there was a booking mistake. Leg wax was done quickly.

Staff were really lovely, venue was fine. It was a shame the wax was so hot it burnt me. Leg wax was fine.

The staff were very friendly and the file and polish was great. Good value for money. Will definitely be back to Bella's.
Manicure
The staff were lovely but my manicure and pedicure look terrible. Unfortunately I didn't realise how bad it was until I left the salon. I am not sure the employee was fully trained. I am only saying this because I have done a beauty course and I know what to expect when I go into a salon. She flooded the cuticles, she went from filing straight to polish- no moisturising. The all in one gel varnish which was used was not of very good quality. It is a real shame, because the staff were great.
