My experience at Bella's was mainly good, however, they seemed to have no knowledge of my booking and the beautician had gone out so it involved a bit of a wait. However, they were very friendly when I had the appointment and I would go back.

The salon is in a little room at the back of a clothing shop but easy to find and you can ask the shop owner to show you the way.
The therapist was very friendly and worked really fast. I was happy with the experience.
Brazilian Waxing
I got a txt 10 mins before the appointment to reschedule for half an hour later, then again 10 mins before to say that the waxer had had an accident and wanted to reschedule to later on in the day, and then got anotyher txt 3 hours later. I know these things happend but it was very unprofessional

Wasn't hair free at th end of my wax. Venue ok for a quick job - it's at the back of a shop but not a setting to feel like a real treat for yourself or a gift.
