I've had a good experience at this salon before. However, this time the treatment was really rushed as the lady tried to fit me in before a 1 hour appointment she had turned up late to. She didn't ask me about what colour I would like etc., and I had to ask her to re-do some of the treatment as bits were missed and the dye hadn't taken in the short time she had given it. She had done this allz really thoroughly last time I had been there. I understand that one of the staff members was taken sick at the last minute, but she should have just cancelled or rearranged the appointment rather than rushing through it. Disappointed.

I had a gel manicure. The result is lovely! They have a nice selection of very good quality gel polish, I tried it last time for a pedicure and it lasted many weeks. Adriana is very nice, it's always a pleasure to go back and enjoy a professional treatment along with a nice conversation.
