I was quite disappointed with my experience here as I was called half an hour before my appointment and told that they wanted to delay the appointment to half an hour later. I had already left and I rather felt like they could have given me more notice. Gaby did say she could come and she did, but I can’t understand why she didn’t come and open the salon if she was able to. The wax was to a high standard and so I would hope that the experience is a one off and I was unlucky.

I'm really sorry to have toleave this review because the girls in the salon are lovely but my manicure lasted less than a day before it peeled off. Really upset as I cant really afford to treat myself to beauty treatments but as it's Xmas I did and it's peeled off a whole nail already.
