Well my therapist was so lovely. Perfect combination of professional and friendly. This was my first waxing experience and I was made to feel very comfortable. Yes, it hurt, but I was fully expecting that. I didn't have to wait but we did talk about how busy the weekends get so perhaps that's the reason others have experienced delayed. I think that's par for the course. Any way, I think this salon is very good value for money. It's frustrating to see reviews which talk about the pain because whichever way you look at it, your asking some one to pull your hair out!
Ladies' Waxing
I had a Brazilian wax and it was painless, the therapist was very nice and gave me a great confidence. I was looking for a place like this for a long time and now I had found it I am so happy....She did advice me not to shave as its the worst you can do unless you like pain and discomfort, I needed that advice otherwise I will carry on shaving which makes the waxing experience a right shave and I would recommend it to anyone living in Clapham.
My pedicure was really nice. The therapist was friendly and very professional. It was a great value for money treatment.

The technician missed few hair and unfortunately the hair grew back really fast. The technician was really nice and calm.
Hollywood Waxing
Worst ever wax... this treatment was rushed through... no care taken... just slapped wax on and ripped off... when treatment was finished she just rushed out to deal with an awaiting client and did not wait to see me out, i found this rude. Also did not use a bin during treatment so when i left their was wax with my hair everywhere! will not be returning to this salon.
