Gabby was lovely. She was considerate, making sure I was comfortable as soon as I entered the salon. The equipment however, was less than sufficient to do the job. The hot waxing pot was faulty. It took about 10 minutes to heat up but then would switch off. During the treatment she had to stop & was desperately trying to get it to work. Gabby was apologetic. End result I usually wax every 6-8 weeks because regular waxing and fine hairs. 13 days later hairs not pulled from root are numerous.

I would have done a better job myself removing the gel. Not coming back.
