I booked at 9.30 for 12 noon appointment relying on the last minute discount. J had a text at 1245 to say they'd moved me to 1 pm as the "girl didn't start till 1pm". If this is the case pls update your Treatwell slots...! I wasn't pleased as I was already at venue and had paid for parking. Manicure and pedicure was OK all in all. Nothing exceptional.

Honestly a lovely experience. Since lockdown i was in dire need of some treatment. My therapist was so thorough and allowed me to check and do more if i was unsatisfied. She gave me helpful treatment tips and we had such a lovely chat (i needed it to dispell my nerves haha). Was so reassuring and gentle i would definitely go back. Also a great deal i found.
