For some reason my appointment was split between 2 stylists. 1 to wash and cut the other to blow dry. Very confusing for staff and customer. thankfully Lesley had enough time to fit me in for both.

Had a blow dry for “feel good” treat. My stylist was 20 min late- no issue, but she wasn’t apologetic. She kept making faces, saying my hair was dry (it wasn’t)..she made another poor comment (I suffered partial hair loss post illness). Overall bad
