When I first started going to this nail salon a couple years ago it was totally different. The staff were so nice and welcoming and even offered champagne on entry which made sense because of the name, it was a really nice atmosphere. I don’t know what happened since then, but there seems to have been a shift. This recent appointment the atmosphere wasn’t great, and I felt a sense of rudeness from the nail technician as if he didn’t want to do my nails. Attitude whenever I had a question.
