I booked both a lash lift and eyebrow waxing here. I'll start off by saying the lash lift was alright. However, do NOT come here for eyebrow waxing. The skin around my eye ripped off during the waxing and when I tried to address the issue at the appointment I was turned away and told it was normal redness. It's been a few days and I have two scars around my eyes. I've done eyebrow waxing many times and this has never happened before; I've had to cancel social events because of this.
