My nails have always been brittle and flaky, but I had heard that biogel allowed the wearing of nail polish without damaging the nail itself. Fei talked me through this, as well as BIAB treatment, and then applied the biogel followed by shellac. My nails now look presentable, if very short, and I can't wait to see them grow.
