Hope is an actual genius - she’s so precise and pays attention to ensure you’re totally happy with her work. I’ve had so many compliments about my nails and I’m telling everyone to go see her. Hope is also lovely to chat to and makes you feel super comfortable. TOP CLASS. I just hope she still has time for me when she’s a Hollywood nail artist.

It’s not my job to check the diary/treatment on arrival for what I booked. I paid on line to be told I had to pay an “extra” for shellac finish, which I didn’t book and I didn’t ask for! It was not helpful either having someone on reception who didn’t understand when I introduced my appointment.
