Requested balayage and have been left with uneven hair due to the junior stylist doing my hair at the same time as Danielle. I didn't pay junior prices. Sorted elsewhere and salon not responding to requests for a refund. Can see the salon is for sale

Wash and blow dry = abysmal. Asked for “loads of volume at the root & bounce at the ends.” Ended up with my hair absolutely flat to my head. Could have straightened it at home. Total waste of money. Avoid. Salon also a bit dirty. Empty for a reason.
