The woman clearly didn’t know what she was doing, I had to walk out 20 minutes in to the appointment after she drew triangles on my eyes, she didn’t blend the make up or contour when doing my face make up, it was an awful experience. The lady promised me my money back and she still hasn’t refunded me. When asked to see her certificates she was unable to provide them.
Makeup
She couldn’t wash my hair cause there was no water which I paid for so she had to soak my hair with a spray bottle. She didn’t layer my hair like I wanted she rushed me out cause she had clients off the street come in. I paid £35 and I could have done a better job myself. Part of my hair at the bottom is longer than the other side so will need to spend more to sort it out

Booked appointment to get there and be told the lady has gone home. Had to rebook for next day. Got there and had to wait because the person doing my nails was having her own eyebrows done. Not very professional
