Honestly, it was very welcoming, nice family atmosphere! The brow threading was one of the best I’ve had! Painless, quick, and neat!
Unfortunately the pedicure was a bit disappointing, it was advertised as being an hour long treatment - but it was half that! Felt very rushed and she said my nails were too short though I’ve had them done at that length before.
They might have been busy and readjusting to new Covid rules so I’d give them another shot but maybe avoid a pedi x

Mary was amazing - she was so thorough with my nails and made several changes until I was 100% happy. It felt like meeting an old friend and I ended up getting my eyebrows done too (which also look great)! So much attention to detail and super friendly :-)
My 11 year old granddaughter had gel nails and overall the experience was ok but she did say that the buffer caught her skin a couple of times and there was no real attempt to engage with her
