I had my original appointment cancelled due to an emergency their side but Stephanie called me and apologised. I explained that I was getting married a few days after my appointment and asked for the nearest rescheduling day.
Stephanie could have been more apologetic and opened the salon for me to get my haircut before my wedding (which I cant thank her enough for as getting a good hairdresser with 24 hours notice isn't easy)
She took her time and cut my hair to an amazing standard.
