When I arrived I was told that they knew nothing about my appointment. Apparently , Treatwell had not telephoned to let them know about the booking and Treatwell should’ve known that there was no appointments available. So, basically it was all Treatwell’s fault and nothing to do with the salon.
Thanks for a really excellent haircut- the stylist listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions which was great. Reason for now reviewing more highly is that during my visit while my hair was being washed a tradesman entered the salon to try and sell the owner (the hairdresser attending to me) new broadband and she just started chatting with him without saying anything to me and then walked off leaving me just sitting with my hair in the sink for several minutes while a public discussion with this salesman went on- it was really awkward and I felt pretty unconfortable. It was just myself and the hairdresser in the salon and I just felt a bit unwelcome while this whole thing was going on.
