I arrived at the salon, the massage was a birthday treat.
There was one worker doing nails, when I mentioned my appointment she seemed very confused, and called her boss. When I talked to him he simply told me they did not have the staff there even though I booked over 24h before and got a confirmation. He did not suggest any alternative and tried to end the call as soon as he could.
I was very disappointed and am confused how that salon has such good reviews with such poor customer service.
Face Massage
Had a shellac pedicure done here. They have a range of complimentary drinks and nice relaxing music. Good vibes overall, not like rush and go in some other places.
