My nails looked horrible following the treatment- there was barely any nail polish left so it came out really smudged and started chipping off and bulging the following day. The therapist was also serving 2-3 clients at the same time as they were double booked and in a rush. I flagged it to the salon and they refused a refund but offered another treatment in lieu, however has since cut off all contact- horrible customer service
