My appointment didn’t happen because the salon was overbooked. The beautician didn’t acknowledge a client’s dissatisfaction with her service. Another client, a regular and seemingly a friend of the salon got involved and acted as advocate. The “friend” was served before me arriving on time, without an appointment I suppose. I waited but could not stand her and beautician talking bad about the previous client. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Dissatisfied and rude is not same,ladies.

The people are very sweet but unfortunately my shellac only lasted about two days and started to chip and then everything came off ! So I sort of paid for nothing ! Such a shame as I wanted nice nails during my holiday. Would actually like a refund..
