I attended my appointment in time,was told to wait. I had to ask a few times until I was told the wait would be 5-10’. I waited 20’ ,the staff were defensive around the booking time (had to show booking email)rather than just acknowledge the delay. Someone walked in for a manicure which they took in before me whilst I was waiting.
After not even after a day, the polish looks cracked around the sides were the top coat was applied (can send photos). Poor quality manicure and not good experience

Incredible facial!! This is the second one I have had from Tracey and the improvement to my skin is amazing! She did extraction as well as the whole facial routine which is thorough and utterly relaxing, my skin has never looked better!

Terrible experience end to end. The place was dirty and unclean. The cover up towel was a disgusting old fluffy blanket totally unhygienic. The masseuse didn’t know what she was doing at all. Didn’t know how to touch or massage me, there was no process, no flow, too fast, missing basic body parts. Playing a radio on speaker which was playing commercials half of the time. Don’t come here!
