Kind attentive staff, relaxing environment and lots of treatment/nail colour options.
The massage was fantastic, it's just a pity that the therapist was 45 minutes late. I'm not sure if it was his fault, I think someone may have forgotten to tell him as I was first appointment on a Sunday morning. The nail therapists gave me tea whilst I waited.
