The salon was clean and the employees were nice. I am for the most part pleased with the work done on my nails, but a tiny bit of the gel polish chipped off a day later from one nail, which was slightly disappointing since it was a bit expensive.
Lovely people. But it took 2.5 hours to get this treatment done. Normally take 45 -1 hour. I would go back as it seemed like on this day they were just unorganised and not normally like that, but they have increased the price for this treatment to be the most expensive Iv seen in London so far. Iv been getting Lvl lashes done for over a year.
When I had my pedicure the lady used the same nail file on me with the person sitting beside me and used it then on her, that spreads bacteria. Was not happy and said it to manager and he nothing about it. Would not get pedicures done here again.
I had an infill and award it four out of five stars overall - think it's fairly expensive
