Fantastic service. My daughter and I went in together and they treated her like a queen (she's 4). When it started getting busy, my daughter still got their attention until they were finished. Very impressed. 4 days later, my nail polish still looks great, so that's a huge plus. My pedicure was good, but before I left it was already messed up. I would recommend having them use the paper and not the gel between toes... over all, excellent experience.
This was actually a gift for a friend who was very please with the gel nails treatment. However, she added on an eyebrow tint and was disappointed that the staff seemed unsure of how long to leave the dye on and she ended up with very dark eyebrows. They didn't seem to listen to what she wanted. Having worked in a salon myself, I know that they should have barely tinted them and reapplied, rater than leaving it on for a long time. She was able to fix her eyebrows, but it was still a disappointment considering how lovely the manicure was.
First time here. Was unsure when the technician starting doing my nails with a tool rather than a file, which is what I'm used to, but they did a really good job. Good shape. Let's see how long they last :-)
Staff are very polite and always give a very warm welcoming service.
Prices are a bit too high but I guess it's the area..
Had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start to begin!
