The massage itself, by Elsa, was very good. She gave helpful advice as she discovered various tight muscles.
However, when I arrived on time for the appointment, I was told it wasn't in their system. I was then asked to wait over 30 mins for a masseuse to come from another site. Halfway through the massage, someone else came into the room (after calling out through the door multiple times) in order to grab various items from cabinets.
Overall, the massage was very good. The experience however, especially at this price point, is disappointing.
I had a great experience at the salon, very nice stuff, professional and very clean place! Recommend :)
Very good pedicure, the girl who did it was very good and professional. My only criticism was that there wasn't someone available to do my treatment and the manager had to go to his other shop to get someone for me. I was kept waiting over half an hour and by the time he got back, I was already being seen to by one of the other girls as she had finished with her customer.
