The salon is bright and clean, and had good seating area while waiting. Luckily, the wait was not too long before I was able to make a choice of colours, which is very extensive.
The manicurist was professional, friendly and very neat with the polish and finish. At other places, I've usually got a chip or two by the second day or so. A few days later, and the finish is still great! Would recommend.
The salon itself was quite nice, well displayed and well-lit. The staff were polite and listened to exactly what I want. However, I wasn't impressed with my OPI gel nails as afterward I found a lot of the top coat hanging off my nail and stuck to my skin which I had to file off myself. I also feel it's a bit sloppy because the edge of my nails (white part) are exposed so it looks as if the nail polish is receding.
I had my shellac removed. the Lady was very quick and thorough. Usually my nails are very weak afte shellac but they were taken off so well they have not been a problem since!
Absolutely loved my pedicure-Rui is an amazing technician and I always go to her if I want a high quality job :)
