Turned up and none of them wanted to to give the n and s massage. I got given a male therapist when I picked female. He made me feel so uncomfortable and had an issue with me taking off my top and bra so he made me keep them on. He also clearly had no idea what he was doing. After 10 minutes I was brought to tears and asked him to stop. I asked for a refund or to come a different time. It became a commotion. I got told he was “phobic”. In the end a female therapist gave the rest of the massage.

Mix up of booking and money. Difficult to communicate with staff. Average manicure; not bad quality, but for the extremely high price would expect one member of staff per client, clean equipment etc.
