Fingers started bleeding during the cuticle treatment, so not a fan. They sprayed with alcohol / cotton but not much else. At one point, my finger jerked because it was hurting and I was told off for moving and causing polish to stray. So yikes
Have been really good sorting out my bashed-up nails - they use gentle techniques and do things properly (no drills!) And staff always lovely
