I came to receive a treatment and I was incredibly unhappy with the service. I feel like I have been falsely advertised to. I was cold, there was no blankets, it was a male masseuse that kept rushing me. This was supposed to be a calming experience, it was not. I left distressed. I would like my money back or compensation for this rather traumatic experience or I will never book this way ever again

My appointment didn't take place. I was left waiting for 25 mins. Initially told that the person who would do my treatment is with another client. Then, after 25 mins to be told that I shouldn't have booked with Treatwell because they were overbooked. To top it all, they didn't issue the refund, I'm the one who has to call Treatwell to ask for it. I was offered a very disrespectful "sorry" and basically be told that it's my fault for booking it via Treatwell. Very disappointing experience.
