The man at reception was very rude, unhelpful and mainly ignored my questions. I would not go back because of this. Was very disappointed by the way I was treated. However the woman doing the nail treatment was lovely and I am pleased with the way my nails turned out. I gave staff two stars to balance the different encounters. For the nail technician I would have given 5 and I would have given the receptionist 0.

A bit rough and rushed, and it shows in my nails - a few air bubbles, and I needed to file rough edges off a couple of nails straight after. Manicurist barely said a word, and instead looked at his phone constantly.
