Quick gel polish removal, nice atmosphere

I want my money back! I booked a 40 min pedicure. After 20’min Ivy told me to wait 5 min and went for lunch. Ivy came back after 20 min and told me I can go home. This is NOT what you expect when you book a 40min treatment and you pay:£26.65.
