I have tried to get in contact with the salon with no joy, I booked a French manicure but the nail tech cut my nails so short that she couldn’t do them and had to just paid them. My nails were barely filed into a strange shape and my cuticles didn’t get touched, really disappointing as I never treat myself and was looking forward to it. Treatwell would not help with a partial refund either.
