My appointment was at 10am and no one was there apart from the cleaner. The cleaner managed to call someone to come to the salon asap and someone turned up at 10:30 and was very apologetic. Manicure was good.

Nokie my facial therapist was lovely and professional. She understood my facial condition of melasma and provided advice regarding Environ products to treat this condition. She was kind and empathetic and was informative throughout the procedure to ensure I was never uncomfortable.
Super fast and efficient. Will definitely be back.
The salon was easy to find and the service was sleek. My new regular!
