On the massage service: Eva was very professional, tailored the massage perfectly. It was a last minute booking which ended up being a fantastic little treat for myself.
To the salon owner: You should really invest in staff training. Receptionist has no customer service skills what-so-ever, focused on her mobile phone rather than noticing the mess in the reception area; didn't explain why my appointment was delayed; didn't seem to have informed masseuses about awaiting clients...etc.

I visited this salon for the first time this weekend to have a gel soak off. When I arrived I was gawked at by the staff which was a bit awkward. I said I had an appointment but they had no record of it so weren't expecting me. After checking their emails, they notioned to a therapist to tend to me.
Not the place to go if you're after a chat.
