I'm not sure where to begin. I was treated rudely when I arrived, I was asked whether I would mind sharing a treatment room with a man I didn't know having a massage (!), the therapist kept walking off to find things, there was no music because the 'batteries had died', and I was given an aromatherapy 45 minute facial worth £28 (they actually tried to sell me a repeat visit!) when I'd paid £45 for a vitamin facial lasting an hour. Even then the therapist spent an inordinate amount of time removing my mascara! I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Belle cour Beauty is a clean and nice venue for beauty treatments. I had hot waxing there 2 weeks ago. the staff is friendly and polite. I would definitely go back!

This was my first visit to Belle Cour and I was very happy with the treatment (decleor facial). The therapist was professional and helpful, making the experience very pleasant. The place is clean and well kept, you can relax and enjoy. In fact, after my facial, I asked if I could stay for pedicure. I didn't have to wait more than 3min and there was another therapist to do my pedicure. Perfect. Will definitely go back!

Very nice place, extremely clean and tidy. Good manicure as well. I had to wait only for 5 minutes. Staff is ok.

the outcome of what i had done was great. but the staff were very rude about the fact that i had paid for the appointment via wahanda. i had to explain it to them at least 5 times and was asked to show them the email about three times.
